What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used cookware or cutlery cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for heavy appliances?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like stand mixers or espresso machines, we use specialized carriers to ensure safe delivery, which may take up to 10 business days.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Premium brands often offer extended coverage, which is specified on the individual product page.
Can I use your cookware on induction cooktops?
Many of our collections are induction-compatible. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for the 'Induction Ready' icon to ensure compatibility with your stovetop.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kitchen & Company ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my order?
